ESPERANTA VERSIO:  NORMAJ KONDIĈOJ KAJ KONTRAKTOJ DE VENDO


  1. La kliento eksplicite rezignas pri siaj propraj normaj kondiĉoj, eĉ se tiuj estis redaktitaj post tiuj ĉi normaj kondiĉoj de vendo. Por ke ajna escepto estu valida, ĝi devas esti eksplicite konsentita antaŭe kaj skribe.
  2. Niaj fakturoj estas pagendaj ene de 21 laboraj tagoj, krom se alia pagperiodo estas indikita en la fakturo aŭ la mendo. En okazo de nepagado je la fiksita dato, Esperanto World rezervas la rajton peti fiksan interezon egalan al 10% de la restanta ŝuldata sumo. Esperanto World estos rajtigita suspendi ajnan provizon de servoj sen antaŭa avizo en la okazo de malfrua pago.
  3. Se pago ankoraŭ restas nefarita pli ol sesdek (60) tagojn post la fiksita dato de pago, Esperanto World rezervas la rajton alvoki la servojn de ŝuld-reakira kompanio. Ĉiuj juraj elspezoj estos pagendaj de la kliento.
  4. Certaj landoj aplikas retenadon ĉe la fonto al la sumo de fakturoj, konforme al siaj internaj leĝoj. Ĉia retenado ĉe la fonto estos pagota de la kliento al la instancoj de imposto. Sub neniuj cirkonstancoj Esperanto World povas esti implikita en kostoj rilataj al la leĝoj de lando. Tial la sumo de la fakturo estos pagenda al Esperanto World en sia tuto kaj ne inkluzivas iujn ajn kostojn rilatajn al la leĝaro de la lando, kie troviĝas la kliento.
  5. Esperanto World klopodos laŭeble liveri efikajn servojn ĝustatempe, konforme al la interkonsentitaj limdatoj. Tamen, neniu el ĝiaj devoj povas esti konsiderata kiel devo garantii rezultojn. Sub neniuj cirkonstancoj Esperanto World povas esti postulata de la kliento aperi kiel tria partio en la kunteksto de ia aserto pri damaĝkompenso prezentita kontraŭ la kliento de fina konsumanto.
  6. Por ke ĝi estu akceptebla, Esperanto World devas esti informita pri ia ajn plendo per letero sendita per registrita sendo al ĝia registrita oficejo ene de 8 tagoj post la livero de la varoj aŭ la disponigo de la servoj.
  7. Ĉiuj niaj kontraktaj rilatoj estos ekskluzive regataj de la leĝo.



ANGLA VERSIO: STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Esperanto World reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Esperanto World will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Esperanto World reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Esperanto World become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Esperanto World in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. Esperanto World undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Esperanto World cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, Esperanto World must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by law.
